An injury time goal in the 94th minute from Jordi Alba gave FC Barcelona a dramatic victory against Celtic in the Champions League group stage match at the Camp Nou.
Celtic got the first goal of the match in the 18th minute. Georgios Samaras scored by a header from a Charlie Mulgrew free-kick.
Gerard Piqué and Carles Puyol were injured. Tito Vilanova gave Marc Bartra a chance in the central defense alongside with Mascherano. Busquests was suspended, so Alex song played in place of him.
FC Barcelona won by the two late goals in the both half. At the end of the first half Iníesta leveled the score. And in the second half extra time Jordi Alba’s winning goal.
Barca won several matches from behind in this season. In this match they had 82% possession, they total took 28 shots and 10 of them were on target. If Celtic goalkeeper Fraser Foster didn’t save 8 of those FC Barcelona could have more goals.
