Busquets, Cesc, Iníesta and Xavi are on the list of 15 midfielders selected for the FIFA FIFPro World XI 2012. The best team of the year will be announced on January 7, the same day they also give the Golden Ball.

FC Barcelona is the team with more candidates in the category of midfield to set the World Eleven. Of the 15 nominees, four from FC Barcelona: Sergio Busquets, Cesc Fàbregas, Andres Iníesta and Xavi Hernández. The three winners will be presented during the Golden Ball Gala, Januanry 7. The FIFA FIFPro World XI of 2012 is chosen based on the vote of professional footballers worldwide. 

Xavi and Iníesta are common among the winners. The FC Barcelona number "6" has been part of the Dream Team in the past four years, while the number "8" has done in three. Cesc and Busquets will try to find a place among the first elected. These are for teams, fifteen midfielders who have received the most votes.
